Santa has an impossible job, finding the perfect gift for every child is no easy feat. One contributor elf swears that her seven-year-old plays with these as much as her two-year-old. Are you cringing because the only thing your child wants is a puppy for Christmas but you and your husband know that isn’t going to happen? Well, technically (pun intended) it can! From puppies and cats to monkeys and horses, you are sure to find a gift that will work for whatever grandiose animal that shows up on your children’s wish list. Prices range from $9.99 to $79.99 and Target has these on sale as well.

Kickboard USA Scooters

This is the second year the Mini Micro and Maxi Scooters have made the JMB Gift Guide list for a reason. They are so easy to ride, my two-year-old was scooting with ease after a quick ten minute lesson. JMB, especially the fitness contributors, love the idea of something that keeps our kids active. These things will be around for years to come, their parts grow with your child.

Flipeez

Last year it was the Dream Light and this year it’s a Flipeez. Kids are suckers for infommercials but lucky for parents, Flipeez makes a decent gift. This is a whimsical hat that kids will love wearing. Though it doesn’t happen often, this comfy hat will help keep their ears and head warm when it drops below 60 and our beach babies teeth are chattering. Whether your kiddos is into kitten or raccoons, Flipeez offers something for all your little rascals.

Goldiblox was developed by females engineers to inspire the future generation of female engineers!

Another great toy geared for girls is the Deluxe Roominate by Imagine Toys. Let’s face it, girls love to build too! Roominate allows girls to build fun houses and other spaces while teaching them science, math and engineering skills! Roominate was imagined and designed by two female engineers with backgrounds from Cal Tech, MIT and Stanford. Their goal is to inspire and encourage the next generation of female technology innovators.
