Little Dancing Stars, your mobile dance company started in 2001. We offer children 3 to 6 years of age basic beginning Ballet and Tap instruction. We focus on poise, concentration, memory and balance… while having fun! Classes are held at your child’s preschool, so there is no commuting to a studio after work or on weekends. Your child can participate in a dance recital at the end of the dance season. Classes start the first week of September and run through end of May, with the dance recital being held usually the first Saturday of June.
Classes are held once a week at your child’s preschool consisting of both Ballet and Tap for only $48.00 a month!

Our Jacksonville Childcare And Preschool Learning Center Programs Are The Best
Located in Jacksonville’s Southside, our childcare programs incorporate creative play, song and dance, planned activities, arts and crafts, and daily outside play activities. We provide childcare for children ages six weeks through five years old.
Our Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program is available to children age four with a birthday on-or-before September 1st of each school year. Our Jacksonville Summer VPK program is for children age 4 with a birthday after September 1st. Children ages five and seven love our Summer Camp.

Founder, Martin Freeman, is a former law enforcement officer and is a father of 5. He recalls hearing the concerns of many coworkers, friends, and associates regarding the lack of childcare during their demanding unconventional work schedules. A probationary officer, who at the time had recently graduated from the Academy was placed on the midnight shift. She couldn’t find adequate childcare for her hours of work and also suffered from postpartum depression to the point that she attempted suicide. After Martin and his team rescued her, he was determined never to let this happen to another person. Martin’s endeavor to help ensure that no other parent face this type of situation was developed. His passion to provide a quality 7 days a week childcare, which would provide childcare during traditional and or non-traditional work hours for first Responders and all working parents was created.

Episcopal Children’s Services offers the Early Head Start and Head Start Programs. Early Head Start is for pregnant mothers and children birth to 3. Head Start is for children ages 3 to 5. The programs are free for children of families with low incomes. It provides early learning in home-based or center-based settings. Moonbow Child is a unique and flexible childcare experience NOW open in Above Athletics Center. Rooted in Waldorf and Montessori principles, Moonbow was created to be a home-away-from-home for children. Staff at Moonbow utilize Lifeways North America models for a nurturing approach to early childhood. Our daily rhythms consist of creative arts and imaginative play, songs and stories, earthwork and baking.
Fletcher’s Tender Care, LLC is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Facility (PPEC) also known as a medical daycare. There are so many families located in the Jacksonville area that have medically fragile children and are not aware of these services. We hire experienced nurses and certified nursing assistants to care for our special needs children while the parents work. We are open from 7a to 6pm, Monday through Friday – children must have Medicaid in order to qualify, we offer transportation to and from the centers, therapies ST, PT, and OT, and music therapy.
