Kathy’s Table offers delicious meals that are pre-cooked, pre-portioned and prepared in a gluten & dairy-free facility. The rotating menu offers a variety of healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and even cold pressed juices and decadent desserts. Kathy’s Table uses the highest quality, local, fresh ingredients and every one of the meals is packaged in a BPA-free, microwave & freezer safe container. Whether you choose a Skinny meal, or Super Arnold, we prepare each container with the perfect amount of clean, delicious food.
Our Fresh Boxes are farm boxes filled with a variety of locally grown peak-season produce, a head of hydroponic lettuce or salad mix, and a dozen farm fresh eggs. You can choose the time interval for your Fresh Box to be delivered to fit your family’s needs – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Going on vacation or traveling for work? No problem. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime. Have food allergies? Let us know and we will switch an item out for something else.
Fresh Boxes are $25 and include a dozen eggs, a head of hydroponic lettuce or salad mix from Bacon’s Select Produce, and various other local fruits and veggies depending on what is in season that week. No joining fee and you can cancel anytime. Subscriptions are weekly, biweekly or monthly. In addition to Jacksonville, they also deliver to Yulee, Fernandina Beach, and Callahan.
Episcopal Children’s Services offers the Early Head Start and Head Start Programs. Early Head Start is for pregnant mothers and children birth to 3. Head Start is for children ages 3 to 5. The programs are free for children of families with low incomes. It provides early learning in home-based or center-based settings. The program focuses on strengthening children’s readiness for school by increasing parental knowledge of children’s growth and development. The program provides inclusive services in the areas of health, mental health, disabilities, and parent and community engagement. All children within the program are screened for developmental progress, health, dental, vision, and hearing.

Services include annual eye health exams, contact lens prescriptions, urgent eye care, and a full optical center (including a large selection of kids frames!).
