Offering effective therapy for resolving complex trauma, addiction, relational attachment issues, post traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. Regular talk therapy is sometimes not enough as the past memories are stored in the body tissues and subconscious mind. We offer clients techniques to deeply access the roots of the issues and strengthen new neural pathways for soothing and releasing old emotional pain so we can live fully in the present moment feeling happy, joyous and free. These techniques of inner re-parenting repair trust with the inner child that reflects in Moms being able to connect and play with their children and be present for every precious moment.
