Children who are entering VPK in the fall through rising 5th graders are welcome!

Each day will include crafts, a Bible lesson, snack, music and recreation. You will receive a postcard the week before VBS letting your child know which group they will be in. Rising 6th graders will be going off-site for special activities and must have a permission slip which will be mailed to them.

Vacation Bible School is a week long summer program designed to teach children the love of Jesus. Children are taught through Bible lessons, worship rallies, crafts, music, and social interaction. Children also participate in an evening we like to call “Family Night” which follows the VBS week.
Come on a magical journey with Dare to be Different, using A Wrinkle in Time, by author Madeleine L’Engle. This children’s program uses games, crafts and other adventures to help us learn about the Bible, our spiritual gifts and how our differences make us special! As with many churches in the area, we are asking for a $20.00 per child fee. This fee will cover the costs for snacks, crafts, t-shirt and CD of the music used throughout VBS.
Please do not allow this fee to be a deterrent for your child(ren) to attend VBS. We have scholarship money for those for whom this fee is a challenge.
Youth, those going into 6th grade and above will be our “volunteers” for the week. This worked very well last summer. Their fee will be waived because of their contribution to VBS.
We are excited about this endeavor and especially, together, discovering our strength in God!
Palm Valley Baptist Church at 4890 Palm Valley Road is hosting a weekend Vacation Bible School on June 23-25th. The theme is Galactic Starveyors and is open to children from K through 5th grade. This event is FREE! Please call the office to register at 285 2447, or visit our website at http://www.palmvalleybaptistchurch.org. The fun starts Friday at 5:30 with a pizza dinner and pick up is at 8:00pm. Saturday is 9:30 – 2:30 pm and includes lunch. Sunday is our final day at 9:30 am. Please join us!
Morning activities to help children learn about Jesus and how he can guide them through the twists and turns of their lives.
Includes worship rallies, physical activities, crafts, mission exposure, music projects and in class bible studies and applications.
The Monday through Thursday program will culminate with a Friday evening family night where everyone can enjoy what has been learned and have the opportunity to fellowship with newly made friends and teachers.
Classes are divided according to age for preschoolers starting at 3 years old (by Sept 1, 2022) and by school class level finished at the close of school year for kindergarten through elementary.

Now, Freestyle packs up and bring it TO YOU! We bring everything you need to have the most epic, incredible, dare we say… unforgettable week of your life! Freestyle is a great “first camp” experience. Your children will get the same unforgettable experiences while sleeping at home and remaining in the comfort of their own community.
