JMB Moms’ Night Out: Mind Bender Escape Rooms

Thank you to Mind Bender Escape Rooms for hosting the Jax Moms Blog staff!

Mind Bender Escape Rooms

Sharing a bottle of wine, chatting at a restaurant, seeing a movie? Sure, all of those sound like great ideas for a moms’ night out. But this past month, several Jax Moms Blog contributors enjoyed a different type of night out on the town… trying to escape from a locked room before time ran out.

If you haven’t visited Mind Bender Escape Rooms in Jacksonville Beach, you must add this to your local bucket list. With authentic props, life-like décor and intriguing puzzles, they provided an entertaining and unique experience that had us gals talking for hours after the event.

Ranging in difficulty level, Mind Bender Escape Rooms offers four themed escape rooms: The Jewel Heist, Captain Mayhem’s Revenge, The Wood Shed and Jack the Ripper; they occasionally swap out themes depending on the season. Each room requires you to think outside of the box (which is hard while you’re basically stuck in a box) and to utilize clues that are in your own environment. Each clue leads you to your next clue until you ultimately try to beat the clock to solve the room’s puzzle.

Feeling competitive? Jack the Ripper has a nine out of 10 difficulty level, and they continually change out their Leaderboard rankings online. It is up to you and your problem-solving skills to leave your legacy there.

Mind Bender Escape Rooms is a great option for corporate team-building events, bachelorette parties or any special gathering. Follow them on Facebook for upcoming events and special offers. And maybe you, too, will solve the mystery!
