The Power of Half an Hour :: JMB’s Timed Exercise Challenge

In a couple of days, 2014 will be in the rear view and all eyes will be focused on the journey that lies ahead. Many will catch a view of themselves in that mirror and decide 2015 is the year to make a change towards a healthier more fit lifestyle, a silent sort of resolution.

JMB is ready to turn your “New Year, New Mom” resolutions into reality with Timed Exercise. Too often busy mothers put exercise on the back burner saying they just don’t have time. Well Timed Exercise is the solution to that problem. Every workout is only 30 minutes long! 

Timed Exercise

“T:E” designs a workout of the day that individuals complete at their own pace and personal fitness level within a half an hour, surrounded by others doing the same thing. During your first workout, T:E will give you individual recommendations for the workouts to suit your needs.

No equipment needed, you just show up. Who doesn’t have thirty minutes here and there twice a week? Nobody that’s who!

JMB Timed Exercise Challenge

Starting January 5, about fifteen JMB contributors have resolved to workout at Timed Exercise twice a week for one month.

Our team of workout women are just like you. Shannon and Jessica M. say they “loathe” exercise. Cheryl & Cheryl are working moms with tight schedules who find it hard to squeeze in a workout. Kathy has four kids…enough said.

And me? Yes, I love all things exercise but it’s surprisingly hard to make time for my own workouts when I’m teaching fitness classes all week. All of us may have different numbers of kids, day jobs and number of hats we wear but we can’t wait to see the power of a Timed Exercise half an hour.
