Big Changes at Pump It Up

Pump It Up is under new ownership, and with the new ownership will come exciting changes in 2014! Meet John and Donne Ordile, a Jacksonville family with three young, active boys. I had the opportunity to attend a birthday party in early December and could already see the positive impact they are making! I did not see my kids the entire party because they were enjoying all the new inflatables with their friends. The biggest enhancement you will see at the new and improved Pump It Up is the new enrichment classes being offered during the week. How fun!

New Class Offerings During The Week

Playball Class |  This sports class is for kids ages 2.5-6. In small groups kids learn the foundations for sports. They work on the basics movement skills for throwing, kicking, jumping, hopping, skipping and introduce skills for basketball, soccer, baseball, field hockey, and tennis. Your kids will work in a positive environment with hula hoops, scarves and of course – balls! The goal is to encourage a lifetime passion for sports.

Storytime | Children ages 2-5 will enjoy 30 minute themed Story Time, snacks and jump time.

Daily Open Jump | Pump It Up’s massive inflatables will spark your children’s imaginations and let them burn off energy during Open Jump. Plan a playdate and meet up with your friends!

Birthday Parties

PumpItUpOf course, Pump It Up is still the premier birthday destination. Parties are 100% private – both the play time and the party room time. There are numerous party options to fit your needs. Adventure parties include:

Nerf Party
Pirate Party
Jedi Training Party
Princess Party
Superhero Party
Glow Party

*Each party includes themed games staff members dressing the part, and goodies for the kids.

Other fun activities to check out– Parents Night Out, Camp Pump It Up, and Noon Year’s Eve Party!

Thank you Pump It Up for sponsoring this post! All opinions are still my own.

Kathy Waller
Kathy is a Georgia girl who followed her surfer husband Chuck to the beaches of Jacksonville where she became mom to elementary-aged twins Sophie and Will, preschooler Lainey, and baby Henry! Stay at home mom and avid volunteer, Kathy truly believes in teaching her children to embrace the community, to depend on each other, and to serve one another. Kathy served for a decade in the Junior League of Jax and is in her third year serving on the executive board of the PTA where her children attend school. She is very active in her church, Neptune Baptist and has been involved in the MOMS Club of Jax Beach for over eight years. Kathy has learned so much in her career as a software consultant for Oracle, but is always amazed at the skills she has acquired as a mom and community volunteer. Kathy also enjoys running and completed her last marathon (#9) in 2011, but always wonders if she shouldn't just do another to have a good even 10 under her belt!

  1. I have been meaning to try out Pump It Up since Big Air closed – a 10 jump pass would make my 4 year old’s day!
