Yoga Mix in Neptune Beach will be beginning a new 4 week series of classes specifically for preschool children (ages 2-4) and parent!

Join your toddler in this playful yoga journey where children will build body awareness, strengthen growing muscles, improve coordination as well as begin to learn self-regulation. We will use our imagination while we bark in downward-facing dog, “moo” and “meow” in cat and cow and breathe like a bunny! Simple games, art, music, puppets, breathing exercises along with yoga poses and a short relaxation can all be found in this fun and developmentally appropriate class. This bonding experience is open to extended family members and caregivers too! Class time is 45 minutes.
This 4 Week Series is for preschoolers aged 2 through 4. The cost for the entire series is $50 for each parent/child ($20 for additional child). Online preregistration is required.
Classes will be held on:
Tuesdays: 10/21, 10/28, 11/4 & 11/11 OR Fridays: 10/24, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21 (no class on Halloween).
