Let’s get fit with the Shannon Miller Foundation!

If you’re like me, you have already been thinking about how to get back into shape after the holidays. Maybe you’ve even started going for long walks and short jogs to beat your New Years resolution to the punch. Or maybe, you’ve just decided that January is THE perfect time to get those legs moving again.

Jacksonville Moms Blog loves local celebrity, olympic gymnast and Mom, Shannon Miller (did you know the 7-time olympic medalist lives right here in Jax?), and we love the Shannon Miller Foundation and it’s dedication to fighting child obesity. If you haven’t been to the Shannon Miller Lifestyle website, you should defintiely check it out. It is an awesome resource for health and fitness information.
