DLC Nurse & Learn (DLC) is a quality, child care facility for children with severe disabilities and medically complex conditions as well as “typically developing children. Children attending DLC can have a wide range of disabilities, including Downs Syndrome, Arthrogryposis, Tuberous Sclerosis, Tay-Sachs Disease, Cerebral Palsy and seizure disorders. Due to the special needs of the children served, DLC maintains a professional staff including a Registered Nurse, Nursing Assistants, Special Education Teachers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists. We are an inclusion center, providing services for all of God’s beautiful children.
DLC currently offers full and part-time special education preschool, extended day for children (birth to 3 years) and for older students attending public school (3-22 years of age). DLC also provides full-time nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and vision therapy, therapeutic summer camp and M.O.V.E. mobility training.
