Our Himalayan Salt Cave is constructed to mimic the energetic and therapeutic qualities of natural salt mines that have been used for hundreds, if not thousands, of years for respiratory and total body wellness. Our salt cave features state-of-the-art halotherapy, which has been scientifically proven to have positive effects on respiratory conditions, allergies, common colds and sinus issues, skin and aging, as well as having a calming affect on the nervous system.
