Jacksonville Public Library

I seriously cannot say enough good things about our local library. It’s so much more than just checking out books, although that’s certainly part of the appeal. One thing I really love is how easy they make it to check out books; I actually just go online, reserve the books I want, and then get an e-mail notification when they’re ready to be picked up. My kids also love going to storytime, and I love all the classes available (even free sewing classes — really!). You can catch performances from musicians from the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra for free, there are book signings… it’s really just amazing. We’re lucky to have such a treasure here.
