Oh my gosh, Matthew’s. Being a Jax native, of course I was familiar with Matthew’s, but had never been there until recently, when my husband surprised me one night. And oh my heart, it was SO. GOOD. The service was outstanding, the escargot was so good that I literally wanted to lick the bowl, and the beef tenderloin practically melted in our mouth. Everything about this meal was perfect.
