NOVA Dance and Wellness Academy

At NOVA we…
provide high-quality dance and wellness training that nurtures athleticism and artistry, while equipping students to be healthy in body, mind, and soul. We create art, train athletes and embody wellness. Our classes range from ballet, acro, modern, contemporary for 1.5 to adults, to functional yoga for dancers, athletes and adults of all ages, to yoga just for extant mamas or mamas of littles! We look forward to brining movement that awakens to you and your family!
