Playa Pilates offers small group reformer classes, Private and Semi-Private Pilates, and Physical Therapy including the Schroth Method for scoliosis and spinal conditions. Owner Anna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, SSOL Schroth Advanced PT, and Educator for Polestar Pilates. With only 4 reformers in our group classes you will receive individual attention and a safe and effective workout that takes any physical conditions into account. We strive to give our clients a positive movement experience that leaves them feeling empowered and better than when they walked in the door.
