Stroller Strong Moms Jacksonville was created to provide an opportunity for local moms to reach fitness/wellness goals with the aid of other moms. Through reaching these goals moms are empowered to be the best they can be for their little ones and their community. We have monthly moms night outs, playgroups, and daily fitness schedules that include a soothing yoga session in the park. We support one another fully and without judgment. Come and check us out!
