For ages 4-14 during weekly sessions over breaks, campers have fun with new friends as they create unique works of art and explore the galleries. Experienced art educators teach a variety of media and skills through creative art-making while providing the contemporary art history context for each project. In order to provide a fair experience for all comfort levels, we will also be offering virtual camp options this year!
This year we are excited to announce that we have MOCA Summer Art Camp Scholarships thanks to a generous donation from the Win Gartner Memorial Fund. Scholarships are available for one session per camper only and cover 100% of registration and extended day fees. Low-income families and/or families who have undergone recent financial hardship are eligible, and there is a limit of two scholarships per household (one per camper). Applications must be submitted no later than May 1. Submitting this application does not guarantee your child a session at Summer Art Camp. All submitted information is confidential and will be seen only by the scholarship review committee. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email no later than May 10. For questions about the scholarships, please contact Kiersten Lampe at [email protected] or 904-620-4204.
