Papa’s Pilar Rum Pairing Dinner at 1912 Ocean Bar & Rooftop

On July 20, 1912 Ocean Bar & Rooftop at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa will be hosting Papa’s Pilar Rum Dinner, consisting of a 4-course menu created by Chef Jameel Lewis with curated cocktail pairings for an elevated rum dinner experience inspired by the adventurous spirit of Ernest Hemingway and the craftsmanship behind Papa’s Pilar Rum. Menu highlights include Citrus-cured Snapper Crudo paired with Papa’s Pilar Blonde Daiquiri, Grilled Gumbo Shrimp paired with Papa’s Pilar Blonde Rum Punch, Rum-Glazed Oxtail paired with Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum Old Fashioned, and Dark Chocolate & Rum Torte paired with Papa’s Pilar Sherry-Finished Manhattan-Style Cocktail.
