Welcome! I am an orthopedic physical therapist and an instructor with 4th Trimester Fitness Method teaching Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core, & More™. I have a passion for helping pregnant and postpartum moms get back to the things they want to do!
I will be offering pelvic floor physical therapy in Winter 2019!
