GroovaRoo Florida is here! These classes are designed to create a safe, sacred and soulful dance experience for you and your little one. GroovaRoo is a beginner dance class that incorporates a fun, energetic workout focused on bonding with your baby and your friends, while also helping you release tension and enjoy some groovy, soulful line dancing. If you are pregnant, have a squishy baby (at least 6 weeks old) or a toddler, this class is for you. Are you new to babywearing or need assistance? I would love to help you! Previous dance experience is NOT necessary. I can hardly wait to meet you and dance together!
