The Young Women’s Leadership Academy at Eugene J. Butler is the first all-girl school in Duval County to focus on the use of single gender strategies to enhance the academic skills of young ladies. The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to provide 6th-8th grade girls with a nurturing learning environment that meets their specific academic needs while molding them into future leaders.
