Cultural Care Au Pair

We are the largest au pair agency in the country, with over 30 years of experience. We have the most au pair candidates, and every one of our au pairs were screened directly by Cultural Care. By the time your au pair arrives to your home, they will have received specialized training on topics ranging from household safety to child development and cross-cultural communication. They will also receive training from the American Heart association in CPR/AED and First Aid. Every host family on our program has a dedicated support team—including a Local Childcare Consultant (LCC) located within their community, as well as an Account Manager, Matching Specialist, and Customer Relations Manager.
