There is added control to what is served to guests by having in-house butchering of meats. Gaucho chefs take the time to select, butcher, season, and cook every single skewer so that it is just right. A variety to please the most demanding patron; beef, lamb, pork, chicken and fish are always available on the menu.

Kids Eat Free Everyday under 6 years with purchase of a regularly priced adult entrée. (Dine in only.) Children 6-12 are eligible for a qualifying half priced meal.
