Your Family-Friendly Guide to the Furyk & Friends Golf Tournament

When we’re past the dog days of summer, monsoon months, hurricane season, and back-to-school craziness, there’s yet another reason to get excited for fall: The Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS presented by Circle K is hosting its annual golf tournament featuring well-known players in our own Northeast Florida backyard October 4–6, 2024. Golf is a sport the whole family can play, watch, and enjoy, and Furyk & Friends is here to make sure you have an incredible experience (especially since KIDS GET IN FREE)! Furyk & Friends Ticket Options

On the beautiful Timuquana Country Club, you’ll have the opportunity to taste local eats and drinks, engage in fun kid and golf activities (putting contest, anyone?), and of course, watch some golf. Parents will love the opportunity to get out in the Florida sunshine with their kids on a beautiful stadium-style seating course with views and opportunities to meet their favorite pros up close and personal. The entire experience will leave your family with smiles and memories for years to come. Each year they even have a concert leading up to the tournament (Tuesday, October 1st), this year the Brothers Osborne is headlining! THE Club 58 presented by Florida Blue Package: The Club 58 package costs $295 per day (plus tax) and includes:

Veteran’s Ticket: Military Tickets for official tournament rounds are being provided by VyStar Credit Union free of charge for Active Duty, Military Reserve, National Guard, Military Retirees, Veterans, and Dependents with a valid ID.

There are tons of free parking options, including the Inside Circle K Water Taxi, a shuttle from the Orange Park Mall and NAS Jax.

  • The Hangar Bar | 9th Green | Open to the Public: Turn and burn at The Hangar Bar located near the 9th green at more than 1,500 sq. ft! Enjoy signature cocktails from Captain Morgan and Don Julio near the Timuquana Clubhouse.
  • Fisher Tousey Autograph Alley | Behind 18th Green | Open to the Public: Get your favorite player’s autograph behind the 18th green in the Fisher Tousey Autograph Alley. Complimentary autograph books are provided for a limited time!
  • Miller Electric / W.W. Gay First Tee | Clubhouse | Open to the Public: Catch all the exciting action on the first tee! Conveniently located near the Nicklaus Gate at the Clubhouse.

Mom Hacks & Tips to Know BEFORE You Go

  • Bag Policy: Opaque bags measuring 6x6x6 inches and smaller or clear bags 12x6x12 inches and smaller are allowed inside the course grounds.
  • Refill stations: Fans can refill their empty water bottles at the filtered water stations throughout the course. This policy does not allow fans to bring in outside water bottles and/or beverages.
  • Solar cell phone charging stations: These are located throughout the golf course and have multiple hook-ups for iPhone and Android users.
  • Strollers: Strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles, and other essential baby supplies are permitted. The infant must be with the carrier. Items are subject to search.
  • Nursing and diaper-changing: When it’s time to change a diaper or nurse your child, visit the Family Lounge presented by Wolfson Children’s Hospital, an open-to-the-public, air-conditioned venue that serves as a comfort station for mothers, fathers, and their little ones. There are even coloring activities and toys for the older kiddos to keep them entertained.
  • Free for military members and veterans. Not only do military members, veterans, and their families get in free, they are invited to experience the Patriots’ Outpost presented by Vystar. At this military-exclusive hospitality venue, attendees can enjoy complimentary food and beverages while enjoying the tournament action from some of the best seats on the course.

Meagan Vesta
Midwest-natives Meagan and her husband Matt first moved to Jacksonville in 2011 and have lived all over town from the beaches to St. John's County. They now own a small farm in Nassau County along with their two sons and two rescue dogs. This year they are starting a market garden featuring fresh, locally-grown produce and you can follow along on their journey at @vestafamilyfarms! Meagan has been a full-time working mom, a stay-at-home mom, and now a work-from-home mom for Jax Mom while homeschooling her two boys and helping run the farm.
