This post is sponsored by Everbalance Yoga Barre and Pilates Studio, but all opinions are 100% my own.
Change your routine, change your life! This is Everbalance Studio’s motto and after trying a couple of classes, I am a believer. As a fitness professional myself, I hold studios and instructors to the highest standards. I’ve boiled it down to three categories, and Everbalance Studio hit the mark in all of them.
Knowledgeable Instructors
Fitness instructors are a dime a dozen but finding one that is qualified, motivating and personable is harder than you think. Everbalance owner, Tetyana Boyeva is that and more. For whatever reason, pilates/yoga/barre studios can be intimidating if you’ve never taken a class. I still remember what it is like–am I wearing the right thing, will I be able to survive this class, does anyone know it’s my first time? Tetyana is welcoming and puts you at ease. Her cues or instructional directions are on point showing she is well versed in her trade and passionate about what she does. Not only does Tetyana want you to know what you are doing, but she also wants you to love what you are doing!
Solid Sweat Session
There’s nothing more frustrating that carving out time for a workout only to feel like you wasted your precious time. After sampling two of Everbalance’s most popular classes, a Reformer class, and a Barre/Yoga Fusion class, I am confident that an hour at Everbalance is an hour well spent. Both classes were challenging, different and had me sweating, burning all over and wishing I could come back for more. Many studios stick to one land of fitness like yoga, barre or pilates. I love that Everbalance not only offers all three but throws in these combination classes that allow clients to get cardio, stretching and strengthening at the same time and same place. Win, win!
Engaging Environment
This one may surprise some people, but a studio really sets the mood of the workout and shouldn’t be overlooked. Everbalance Studio has created a quality environment including top notch reformers and accessories for yoga and barre classes. The peaceful colors and spacious studio make it easy to focus on fitness.
If you are interested in trying Pilates, barre, and/or yoga, I would without reservation send you to Everbalance Studio. With classes offered seven days a week (including a 7:30 pm class during the work week), it is easy to find a workout that works with your schedule. Everbalance has competitive pricing especially when it comes to specialty classes and when you factor in the caliber of instructors teaching, the studio is actually a bargain.
