Weekly Camp for Ages 4-9 at the Cultural Center in Jacksonville Beach May 31- August 5.
Learn more about the First Coast region while creating art and other projects to celebrate what makes our area so special. From native cultures to historic architecture to modern tourism; our coast is shaped by many factors. Stay for a week or the whole summer to hone your art skills and build new ones.
Annual Beaches Camp held each June at Jack Russell Park in Atlantic Beach
Camp morning camp includes division for Minnows ages 3-4 as well as a Recreational division for boys and girls ages 5-12. All sessions are run by professional club coaches. Register early as spaces are limited.
Kids all over Jacksonville will be saying, “I want to go to KidsKamp!!!” Our goal is to reach 600 kids with the love of Jesus over a period of two weeks. Our Camp Counselors are experienced Spring River teachers ready to share a sense of fun and a love of learning with your children. Weekly activities will include seasonal songs/music/stories, weekly themed crafts, camp t-shirt making, nature hikes to local parks and the beach for exploratory learning and play, nature journaling, and guided relaxation. Each week will end with a guest performance based on the weekly theme!
Children will be expected to bring their own snack, packed lunch, water bottle, sunscreen and hat in a small backpack for nature and beach walks. All other supplies and craft materials provided by camp.
“FUN IN THE SUN” SUMMER CAMP
Our Fun in the Sun Summer Camp follows a rhythm similar to the school year. The weekly themes are Sun, Earth, Wind and Water. It is rich in story, song, movement, gardening, creativity, imaginative play and activities related to the weekly theme. Together we will make art crafts and delicious organic snacks. Each day of camp celebrates the wonder and magic of a Florida summer as we meet new friends and enjoy beautiful days at the beach. Children learn so much when they play and imagine in a natural and gentle environment.
FOREST SPRING CAMP
Come enjoy a wonderful Spring. This a time for exploratory celebration! We’ll enjoy fun, spring-themed crafts, hiking, exploring, kite flying and sand castle building at the beach. We will have a variety of healthy snacks that your child helps prepare. Camp meets at Hannah Park.
WINTER WONDER DAYS
Come join your friends at The Playgarden for Wonderful Winter Days. We will create crafts, enjoy seasonal snacks, and enjoy the mild Florida weather as we explore The Playgarden grounds and beach.
SWCG began providing quality surf instruction in the summer of 1999.Our upbeat, all female crew of instructors provide a positive environment where each student receives personalized instruction at camps and lessons. The fundamentals of surfing, ocean awareness and how to stay safe in the water is our top priority. Our goal is to ultimately provide you, the student, the opportunity to experience the pure joy of wave riding!!

EPIC Surf Camps exist to help young people grow in their relationship with Christ. We do this using the sport of surfing as a vehicle. Our camps allow us to encourage kids, youth, and young adults in their faith while enjoying all the great things surfing has to offer. No matter where you are with Christ, our time together will help you know WHAT you believe, WHY you believe it, and WHO we believe in!
The Junior Lifeguard program is a one-week, full-day camp for kids 9-15, and is sponsored by the City of Jacksonville Beach and the American Red Cross Volunteer Life Saving Corp. ecause the camp is held at the lifeguard station, the students can view how professional lifeguards handle beach emergencies and day-to-day operations.
The program trains students to get a job as a lifeguard when they turn sixteen years old. Many of our lifeguards have pursued careers as firefighters, police officers, military personnel, doctors, and nurses.
Surfing is a great way for kids to stay active. At Thompson Surf School we make the experience FUN for all children, regardless of age and ability. Safety is most important to us, so we only use soft surfboards. Our instructors are professional surfers, watermen, and waterwomen with years of surfing experience and ocean knowledge. We not only teach the fundamentals of surfing, but we educate children on the ocean environment and ocean safety.
*All students are required to know how to swim prior to participating in surf camp.
This is Surf into Summer’s 19th year teaching campers to master the waves, making it the longest running surf camp on the First Coast. We offer surf camps in both Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach.
At Surf into Summer, campers will learn from the top surfers in North Florida. Campers will not only learn the basics of paddling and how to stand up on a board, but also important knowledge on beach and water safety from the CPR certified instructors.
Surf into Summer is the only surf camp that provides a one teacher to three student ratio. This 1:3 teacher to student ratio provides safe, quality instruction, which guarantees your camper will be surfing by the second day!
Coastal Kicks Soccer offers camps, clinics and training programs throughout the Jacksonville area and North Florida. Spring break camps include ballet, art, and theater camps. Summer programs are to be determined.
Summer Theater Camp for aspiring actors or for those who want to experience the theater and acting for the first time. The two-week camp will culminate in a three-course served dinner and final performance from campers and will be held the Monday following the last day of camp at the Alhambra. A dinner ticket for the camper, plus one family member is included with registration.
Donovin Darius Enterprises and The Donovin Darius Foundation are passionate about helping each and every one of the individuals and groups they touch to realize their full potential. The Sunshine Education Group is now enrolling for the summer camp program for children ages 3 years old through 3rd grade at all three premier Goddard School locations in the Jacksonville market. Jax Surf Camp, hosted by Jax Surf & Paddle, is a great way for your little surfer to learn, grow, and have tons of fun this year. Camp is open to any child aged 6-16 who is able to swim. Spring camps run March – April and Summer camps run from June – August. We offer two half-day camps ( Morning 5 sessions M-F or Afternoon 5 sessions M-F), full day (Morning and Afternoon 10 sessions M-F), and single-day camps for both spring and summer sessions to help fit your busy schedule.
Camps feature a 5:1 student-to-teacher ratio in calm conditions, and additional teachers are brought in during any rough conditions. Ocean safety and your little surfer’s safety is a major focus of our day. Keeping your child safe is number one.
Our Spring Camp & Summer Camp location is in sunny Atlantic Beach. The address is 7th St and Beach Avenue, Atlantic Beach, Florida, 32233 (Drop-Off Public Beach Access). We grew up surfing this area and prefer the less crowded and family-friendly location. If needed, park along Beach Avenue, Club Drive, 7th Street, or Ocean Boulevard. Watch out for no parking at the top of beach access!
Camp curriculum consists of learning how to surf and improving the current surfing skill set. Each camp will feature lessons and demonstrations as well as lots of practice.
Lesson Plan: ocean safety, correct stance, pop-ups, proper paddle technique, entering/exiting the ocean, standing up, riding, and falling.
Other activities throughout the week might also include paddleboarding, yoga & stretching, relay races, beach sports, races, exercise, and classroom-style whiteboard sessions. All skill levels are welcome at our camp. After day one evaluation, campers break out into age/skill-appropriate groups to maximize the fun and learning curves for students. If we are familiar with your surfer, we can place them in the appropriate skill-level group. All 5-day camp graduates receive a goody bag and pizza party on Fridays!

Storytelling workshops share a new form of communicating and self expression with participants. Attendees discover the art of connecting with people. Full and half day sessions are available.
The purpose of Team 23 Baseball Camp is to further the development of players that demonstrate baseball skills above the recreational league level and prepare players for upcoming Fall 2023 tryouts and evaluations.
All coaches are experienced Division1 and ex-professional players with multiple years of coaching experience.

Just like in their favorite video games, kids will be given a number of challenges throughout the day, and all the while be building their shelters before ‘night’ falls and the monsters wake up! Players will light their own campfires, ‘mine’ for resources and use sharp axes; all activities are closely supervised by experienced Forest School leaders. There’ll be plenty of time to get creative with play and imagination, of course. Wildcraft is a full week of video game inspired activities ideal for kids aged 7+ years.

Who is this for?
If your child Ages 7+ loves playing video games like Minecraft and Fortnite, Wildcraft Adventure is the perfect way to get them off the screen and into the outdoors, all while sneakily learning about nature and outdoors skills. The game is usually played in groups of between 12 and 20 kids. Children play in teams of 4 or 5 and work together to score as many points as possible, though the emphasis is not on winning the game but on scoring points through effort, participation and being creative.
What to expect
Please be aware that Wildcraft days include several bushcraft activities including; splitting wood with a small axe, fire-lighting, den building, toasting marshmallows and whittling. Our staff are trained and experienced at tutoring children through such skills and will cater each activity to suit the child’s age and experience as appropriate. Your child’s safety is our primary concern.
