SUBWAY® Restaurants of Jacksonville Launches FEED A FRIEND Food Drive!
Jacksonville Moms Blog wants to help spread the word about an awesome event happening in Jax that will benefit local food pantries.
SUBWAY® restaurants of Jacksonville have partnered up with Second Harvest of North Florida to help restock the agency’s shelves. Customers who bring in a can of food or any other non-perishable food item and buy any regular 6-inch SUBWAY® sandwich, will receive a regular 6-inch sub of equal or lesser price FREE!
On August 22 Subway will host a one-day food drive at ALL Jax locations. All food collected will be used to help feed our local community. Let’s help them reach their goal and collect 5,000 pounds of food!
This is a great opportunity to get your kids involved in a great cause! Not only will you be teaching children how to help others, but you’ll receive a great meal from Subway!
Participating counties include Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Camden, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Glynn, Lafayette, Nassau, Pierce, Putnam, Saint Johns, Union and Ware. Feed A Friend originated in Jackson, MI and is now in its 13th year.
