The second annual Golf Festival is back at the World Golf Village and has extended to a FREE two-day event on October 3-4 with a Kickoff Golf Tournament on October 2 at the Slammer & Squire Golf Course.
The World Golf Village Golf Festival celebrates what makes the game great. The event kicks off with a golf tournament on Friday. The Festival on Saturday and Sunday is free to the public with something for golf fans of all ages. Special features include appearances by Hall of Fame members, Demo Day at the Slammer & Squire course, playing experiences at the Hall of Fame, putting contests, Adult/Junior Championship, clinics for all ages, Kids’ Zone, free family golf, interactive games, food trucks and live music by Charlie Walker and Ryan Thompson.
On October 3rd from 2 pm to 6 pm, enjoy the Family Fun Zone! This will include foot golf, a putt-putt course, free 9-hole rounds of golf for families, bounce house, face painting, and a Pitch, Chip, & Putt Challenge for juniors.
