Choosing the Right Checking Account for Your Teen

As your not-so-little one grows into a teenager, you can encourage them to build on those basic skills by learning how to open and manage their own checking account. Bonus: This new financial endeavor can also help grow the circle of trust (cue Meet the Parents) between you and your teen, leading to a more positive parent-child relationship.
