Kelsey Cassman is a Jacksonville, Florida, native enjoying life with her wonderful husband, Matthew, and their adorable children, Noah, Sophia, and Lincoln. She is a nutritionist who completed her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Florida. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, she worked as a community outreach coordinator, teaching people about holistic health benefits. With all the responsibilities of being a stay-at-home mother, cooking with her children has become one of her favorites!
