Greenland Park was dedicated April 20, 1990. Funding for the project was allocated from the 1988 Neighborhood Park Improvement Bond Program for Council District 4. In 1991, a monumnet was dedicated in the park to Brandon O`Leary, a 13 year old MAA member who was killed earlier in the year. On January 25, 1995, the City of Jacksonville purchased an additional 16.5 acres from RM Williams to expand the Greenland Road Park site to its current 20.3 acres. Cesery Park is located in Arlington’s Lake Lucina neighborhood, at the corner of Cesery Boulevard and Columbine Street. The park and boulevard are named for William R.
