General surf lessons will teach the basics of surfing from beginner to advanced. We will have one instructor per student. We also recommend a flexible “floating” schedule to maximize your investment as the surf conditions often have a direct impact on the success of the lesson. Ultimate Beaches Guide: We find ourselves at Jacksonville Beach events all season long. It is a vibrant, bustling beach. There are so many fun festivals, concerts, and movie nights at the amphitheater. If you are heading out to enjoy the sand and waves on Jacksonville Beach, you will find ample parking across the beach; but be careful that you do not park in a restricted area. If you think your little one might need to get off the beach and stroll away from the sand for a time, this a terrific beach for you. There is a park on 9th Avenue North, Tall Pines Park, that can provide a nice change of pace. There are also easy-to-access public restrooms on 3rd Avenue North, 2nd Avenue North, and 5th Avenue North. It may sound crazy but my favorite eatery to frequent on my Jacksonville Beach days is a grocery store, Native Sun. This place makes delicious juices and has lots of yummy ready eat foods that are perfect to take with you. Our preschool programs are designed to enhance and encourage students’ natural curiosity about the world around them; while our elementary curriculum allows students to work in a collaborative learning environment while also assessing skills at an age-appropriate level. In grades 6-8 we offer top-notch technology such as 3-D printers and 1:1 iPad, students attend STEM-specific classes and where applicable advanced math classes. Rotary Park a small playground right on the intercoastal located behind Beach Marine, next to the Florida Marine Patrol Station. Amenities include: boat ramp, fishing pier, and picnic tables. 

Coastal Early Learning Academy is your locally-owned and operated neighborhood preschool offering affordable, quality education for young learners. We provide care for infants (6 weeks) to PreK. A VPK Wrap Around program offers students a full day of combined academics and fun. When you enroll your child in our programs, you become a part of our family. We take special interest in each of our families, focusing on the whole child approach to learning. Your child’s success is our priority. Hours from 6:30a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Gonzales Park offers a playground with two sheltered picnic areas. Also includes BBQ grills, two baseball fields, and basketball court. There is very little shade at this park. Located a few blocks north of Beach Blvd.

Covers all your basketball needs including Elite Basketball Skill Instruction,
Basketball Camps, Shooting Programs, Basketball League, and
VertiMax Athletic Training. Held at St. Paul’s gym in Jax Beach.

Victory Preschool prepares children to experience success in school by developing appropriate academic skills, emotional management, social aptitude, physical dexterity, and spiritual values which focus on God’s love for them.

Victory offers VPK, before and after care and summer camp.

Children who turn four years old on or before September 1st are eligible for VPK. If a child turns four years old after September 1st, he or she will need to wait until the following school year to enroll in the VPK program.

We are an award-winning children’s theatre company in Jacksonville that specializes in the education of music, dance, and theatre for kids ages 6-17.
