Greenland Park was dedicated April 20, 1990. Funding for the project was allocated from the 1988 Neighborhood Park Improvement Bond Program for Council District 4. In 1991, a monumnet was dedicated in the park to Brandon O`Leary, a 13 year old MAA member who was killed earlier in the year. On January 25, 1995, the City of Jacksonville purchased an additional 16.5 acres from RM Williams to expand the Greenland Road Park site to its current 20.3 acres. The 9A/Baymedows Regional Park site is situated between Baymeadows Road East and State Road 9A in southeast Jacksonville. The City purchased the 52-acre parcel from Disston Ranch in June 2002. Volunteer representatives from neighborhoods in the area, known as Baywatch, intent is to keep an eye on the development, growth, transportation, zoning, and parks and recreation issues relating to the area. In December 2003, the Master Plan of the Regional Park was completed. This place makes delicious juices and has lots of yummy ready eat foods that are perfect to take with you. Coastal Early Learning Academy is your locally-owned and operated neighborhood preschool offering affordable, quality education for young learners. We provide care for infants (6 weeks) to PreK. A VPK Wrap Around program offers students a full day of combined academics and fun. When you enroll your child in our programs, you become a part of our family. We take special interest in each of our families, focusing on the whole child approach to learning. Your child’s success is our priority. Hours from 6:30a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Little Dancing Stars, your mobile dance company started in 2001. We offer children 3 to 6 years of age basic beginning Ballet and Tap instruction. We focus on poise, concentration, memory and balance… while having fun! Classes are held at your child’s preschool, so there is no commuting to a studio after work or on weekends. Your child can participate in a dance recital at the end of the dance season. Classes start the first week of September and run through end of May, with the dance recital being held usually the first Saturday of June.

The Goddard School of St. Johns located in the Julington Creek community is excited to welcome students ages 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten, and their families!
