Infants 3 to 12 months with parents or caregivers will be asked to remove their shoes and sit on the floor. Babies make noise, we know that. Their engagement is welcome in all ways. As parents and caregivers, you will want to take care of your babies, we know that too. Snuggling, feeding and changing are all part of taking care of them and totally allowed throughout the event.

This class combines strength training and power walking. Class ends with a focus on improving core strength and flexibility. This 45 minutes we will focus on Mommy or Daddy, so any child who still sits in a stroller is welcome!
Please bring a towel, water, and a resistance band.

Family Music & Movement classes incorporate songs with movement and various hand held instruments. Classes are mixed-age but geared to 0-2 yrs old.

Dr. Frank Houser, founder of The EYE Doctor, is a native of Wilber, Nebraska and has practiced in Jacksonville since 1991. Dr. Houser received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska in 1975. He attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, receiving his doctorate in 1980. To further his optometric training, Dr. Houser completed an externship at the Navajo Indian Reservation in Fort DeFiance Arizona. While in school he was awarded a scholarship from the U.S. Navy. He served for eight years as an optometrist, performing eye examinations and treating diseases of the eye, and assisted in the training resident ophthalmologists in the area of eye examinations.

FIRST COAST FUTSAL ACADEMY  designs its futsal programs targeting players of all levels. We create a learning environment that focuses on building skills, confidence and encouraging creativity while enhancing a players’ passion for the game. The priority of our Futsal clinics is to work on players’ individual skills that coaches are not able to teach during team practices.

Futsal is a variant of association football played on a hard court, smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors. It has similarities to five-a-side football. Futsal is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper.

Wilma’s Little People’s School was founded in 1973 by Dr. Kay Johnson in order to give students in Jacksonville University’s early childhood courses an opportunity to work with young children. This park is named after A. Philip Randolph who grew up in Jacksonville and became one of the most important figures of the Civil Rights Movement during the 1950s and 1960s. A life-size bronze statue of Olympic Gold Medallist and Dallas Cowboy star, Bob Hayes, was added to the park in November 2002. Hayes grew up in Jacksonville, less than a mile from the park. Oakland Park is located in the Oakland section of downtown Jacksonville, and has been City property since the 1880’s. Confederate Playground is located near downtown, in the Springfield section of north Jacksonville. Are you having problems learning how to skateboard? Be taught all of the fundamentals of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will teach you the basics of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop.
